LTB presents LTB Light 8.0 for Mac

by Artvisualizer Press Media Sunday, June 07, 2009

LTB Software has a breaking news, they has released LTB Light 8.0 for Mac. This is the only software for natural and artificial lighting calculation with color radiosity method applied to a finite element plan. The program utilizes OpenGL under Mac OS X and data management takes place through an internal powerful CAD system, directly in a perspective view. LTB Light can share information with other CAD systems through a few common formats like DXF and PICT files.

Light sources are managed inside the main program and it is possible to import, show, modify and use IESNA LM-63 photometric data files (ACSII text files commonly used by North American lighting fixture manufacturers) and EULUDMAT (European standard). Calculations controls include levels of illumination, allocated energy amounts, correct positioning of light sources (type, numbers, power…) and direct and reflected colors.

The only Macintosh software for natural and artificial lighting calculation with colour radiosity method applied to a finite elements plan.
