Mabo is a digital production studio with a growing list of world-class clients including L’Oreal, National Geographic, Pernod-Ricard, Trump Properties, etc.
We are looking for a driven Digital Creative Director to conceive, execute, and deliver stunning digital creative work. The Ideal candidate has a strong background in digital 3D, a keen eye for aesthetics, and the grace and experience to overcome all obstacles when managing complex projects for demanding clients.

Key Tasks Include:

Planning:
Concept Development
Storyboarding

Production (Managing In-House Creative Team and Freelancers):
Animatics / Draft Boards
3D Modeling
2D Motion Graphics
Green Screen
Video Compositing
Editing
Technical Problem-Solving

Client Communication
Managing client feedback and delivering to exceed their expectations

Vendor Relations
Managing our vendor and freelancer relationships to build and maintain a deep pool of talent to tap into for all aspects of digital production.

About Us: Founded in Shanghai by two Americans, Mabo International is a Digital Animation Studio with production based in Shanghai and sales offices in the US and Europe. This position is based in Shanghai.
