Great architecture contest, create around the water and the fluidity of the elements.
This contest aims to promote the wonders of architecture married to water and the fluidity of the elements. Ex: Old watermill, Australian museum, Nurai water villa, waterworld, water city,... your project must be based on an existing architecture or imagined, you are free to bring your creative touch!
Create a picture in A3 150 dpi JPEG or a 3D virtual visit in realtime of the project of your choice according some points :
- You must be TDT3D registered member and publish Work In Progress on the forum.
- Your project must be individual (not a team or company project)
- Only one registration by person and an image which had never been published before in others contests !
- Based on an interpretation of architecture (interior or exterior) original, existing, which existed or imaginary.
- The model must be in 3D and the environment could be a mixture of 2D, matte-painting, compositing, ...
- Your project could'nt be commercial, this is an interpretation in which we could find the original autor/source(s) of the project if necessary !
Tips : if you want to know what's 3D realtime project mean, here is an article about 3D realtime applications, you are free to use any software you want, full licences or trial edition are allowed, sponsors' website have trial version you can download and use to running this contest !
To be qualified :
- The original name / source(s) of the project and your name must appear clearly on the final image or, in case of a real time 3D project, in the credits. Unnamed projects will be automatically disqualified !
- To be qualified, you must publish your W.I.P (Work In Progress) in the forum TDT3D.
- Projects created for this contest can not be sold or used in a commercial context. They can however be used as publicity for the sponsors or as illustration by TDT3D and the sponsors of the contest to offer a creative insight on the projects.
- As organizer of this contest, TDT3D can not be held responsible in any way for the submitted projects. The author of any submitted projects must make sure to possess all its rights of use/publication, at least in a non-lucrative context.
The submission of your artwork should be done at the end day of the contest before midnight (Server date GTM+1) !
An FTP link will be sent to all participants 1 week before the end of the competition to store the final version in a ZIP archive only including :
- Your Image JPEG format A3 quality 95% 150 dpi Portrait mode (1753x2480) or Landscape (2480x1753) or your 3D real time project with all libraries and files required to run your project offline !
- A readme.txt with project description, your address, the software and source / copyrights of the project.
- The maximum size of your ZIP archive can not exceed 50 mega.
